Skill: OHS, Toes 2 Bar progression, Hang Squat Clean, Double Unders
Workout:
Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Overhead squat, 5 reps
10 Toes to bar
40 pound dumbbell Hang squat clean, 15 reps
20 Double-unders
Cooldown: Foam Roll & Lacrosse Ball T-Spine and Rhomboid area
