Big Weekend at CFP.  

  • There was an epic gym party Friday night with about 70 people showing up (pictures and video to follow).  
  • Saturday, Jeremy Mullins rocked the Nutrition Seminar.  
  • At noon Saturday, Ricky did a strong man exposition doing a record yoke walk with 1,300 pounds on his back and then deadlifting a car (960 pounds) seven times in a row.
