TUESDAYS: Will be body positioning and conditioning

THURSDAYS: Skill work 

WARM-UP:

10 candle sticks straight jumps

20 hollow body rocks

10 hollow body push ups

5 punch ups

Stretch

SKILLS:

fwd rolls

handstands

Handstand fwd rolls off the wall

Handstand pirouettes against the wall and partner

Handstand walking with a partner
