Got neck pain or stiffness? Shoulders always feel tight? This is the workout for you. Sometimes all you need is more mobility. But, sometimes after you get improved mobility, you can’t control the new range of motion and you need to re-train out of your messed up movement patterns that got you into a painful and inefficient situation.
