2×5 tuck up, v-up, straddle -up

25 butterflies pike

25 butterflies straddle

3×10 sec straddle hold

3x10sec tuck or pike hold

HANDSTAND CONDITIONING

3×60 sec HS Hold

2×10 strict pull-ups in each grip

25 shoulder taps
