News: Pool WOD moved to Dublin Ranch pool to allow for more coaching.  Here is the map.  Break outside your comfort zone and challenge yourself to the pool WOD.  

  • Class Times for next Wednesday morning will be 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, & 8:30am and 9:30am at Dublin Ranch
  • Afternoon classes will be 1, 4, 5, 6 & 7pm at Dublin Ranch
  • This will be the days WOD
