Skill: Muscle-up progressions.  Use Muscle up progression from Level 1 to scale muscle-ups.  HSPU progressions. KB Swings.

Workout:

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

Mobility:

Shoulder internal rotation stretches with band or partner.  Adductor foam rolling.

Throwdown at CrossFit Pleasanton 11am on July 3rd.  Find a partner or team of 4 to compete against other teams and gyms.  The response has been good for this.  

Fire Breather Hour Monday nights at 5:30pm, starting next week, will be run by CrossFit trainer Cheryl from OneWorld.

CrossFit Kids starts next week.  Classes run 6 days a week and there are three age groups.  Sign-up your kids here.
