Skill: Double Unders, Wall Balls, Air Squat


Three rounds for time of:
50 Double-unders
25 Wallball “2-fer-1s”, 20 pound ball


Row 30/30 intervals x10.  Post total distance traveled. 

Mobility: Lacrosse Ball to foot, anterior tib, back of the leg, hamstrings sitting on box

NEWS: Dr Frank will be here tonight from 4:30 to 6:30pm to do kinesio taping if anyone wants to try it.  


Colored laces and mismatched socks are in.  Just ask Lauren, the CrossFit Kids instructor.  Sign up your rug rats.  Classes start next week.
