In addition to the three WODs at CFP there is a Saturday SwimWOD at 8:30am with Aimee Ose:

25 squats

150 m swim

25 deep end muscle-ups

100 m swim

25 burpies

50 m swim

25 squats

100 m swim

25 deep end muscle-ups

150 m swim

25 burpies

200 m swim

 

Total distance swim 950m    

kickboards available if needed
