Work up to a max Front Squat and post load

then

Reverse Hyper 3×12

Barbell Roll-outs 3×10

GHD 3×12 with band if needed 

Mobility: Forearm flexibility work and arm myofacial release

Olympic Lifting with Max Aita Starting this Thursday Night at 5:30pm:

Tuesday & Thursday night Oly lifting with Max Aita 5:30pm to 7pm.  Max is a world class Oly coach.  This is FREE with your membership.  Most people pay $30+ per class to work with Max.
