KILLER CORE WORK OUT: 2 ROUNDS REST 10 – 20 SECONDS BETWEEN EACH ONE

60 Sec core hold on your back

60 Sec HS hold with partner or against wall

30 sec hollow roll in to arch hold

40 hollow rocks

20 v-ups

10 hollow body leglifts

15 15# ball crunch/ 15 ball pike to lever

15 sec hanging L-Hold/ 5 leglifts ( add weight if you want)

5 partner leglifts ( on rings if available)

10 side leglifts/hold for 10/lower for 10 each side

5 lever downs

10 lever butt ups ( add weight if you want)

6 windshield wipers

5 skin the cats
