No Classes at the Gym Saturday & Sunday because of the CrossFit Level 1 certification, but there will be offsite workouts:

  • Saturday Workout is a wimWOD at Dublin Ranch Pool with Aimee Ose at 7:30am
  • Sunday Workout is a WOD at the Pleasanton Ridge.  This will be fun.  Usual time 9:30 & 10:30

Gym changes: we are installing a suspended pull-up system to make more room.  We are also creating an equipment room that will clean up and organize equipment.  

We are selling the red powder coated pull-up bars if anyone is interested.
