Skill: Double Unders and movement standards

Workout:

For Time:
Annie + Cindy:
Complete Annie (50-40-30-20-10 of Double Unders & Sit-ups) with 2 Cindy after each round. 

For example:
50 Double-Unders, 50 Sit-Ups then 2 Rounds of Cindy (5 Pull-Ups, 10 Push-Ups, 15 Air Squats)
then 40 Double-Unders & Sit-ups & 2 Rounds of Cindy
