Skill: review exercise standards.  If you can not complete muscle ups complete 4 modified Muscle ups from your knees.  If you can not do a handstand push-up, circle the box in a jacknife one time each way per round.

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings
