NEWS: Congratulations to Steve Sheffield who PR’d the Arizona Half Marathon with an 8:30 min pace at 63 years old!  Since working out at our gym for the last year he improved his time by 12 minutes and felt great afterwards… Looks like we found our anchor for the Ragnar relay race!
