Workout:

Box Squat 2 reps every 10x

2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2

Squat for speed using about 60% of 1RM

 

Post Load then


10! for time of (10,10,9,9 etc)

Band Resisted GHR & Bulgarian Split Squats (rear foot on 12″box, do reps both legs)
