Skill: Speedy Squats
Workout:
Using the three racks that have lower band peg attachments perform 2 reps as fast as you can every minute 10x with no more than 60% of your 1rm.  
Then:
10 Prowler laps 110/80
Accessory work: reverse hypers 3×12 at 270#’s
