95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 21 reps

NEWS: The CrossFit Open registration is underway.  Everyone should sign up to do the workouts regardless of your skill level.  Last year, everyone that participated, felt a great sense of accomplishment and camaraderie with fellow athletes.  There will be one judged workout posted every week that will be the WOD.  Here is the chance to jump in as part of CFP!  We will run the workouts Wednesday afternoon and Saturday mornings.  Drop in’s are $20 for those that don’t train here.  Judges will uphold the movement standards.
