Five rounds for time of:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

So next week (April 10) is my 1 year anniversary.  Here is the comparison over 1 year:


Weight 195.5# -> 173.5# (-22)

Body fat: 29.7% -> 11.6% (-18.1)

Lean mass 137.4# -> 153.2# (+14.8)

Fat mass 58.1# -> 20.2# (-37.9)


Pretty f*cking awesome.  I really didn’t have a plan when I started last year.  I just wanted to feel better being so out of shape and improve how my knees felt. I can’t thank you enough for working with me.  I am in better shape now than any time in the last 15 years — with the exception of my knees, maybe better at any point in my life.  My diet is better, my head is more clear, I feel better and my outlook on life is better.
