Partner WOD (perfrom with all male, all female or mixed teams of 4):

For time:

20 Partner deadlifts (455/315 lbs)
20 Handstand push-ups

Sprint 25 meters and wait at the cone.

Sprint 25 meters and wait at the cone, other 2 team mebers sprint back

20 Handstand push-ups
