NEWS: Check the schedule since there has been changes.  Due to weak class attendance for the “All Levels” we have instead replaced it with a CrossFit Gymnastic’s Class at 5:30pm MWF.  The 6:30pm WOD Friday night is cancelled and there will just be the onramp class at 6:30.
