NEWS:

No 8:30 class Saturday.  The first CrossFit for Hope Workout Heat starts at 9:30.  Heats go on the half hour until everyone is finished.

Lauren will host a CF Kids version of CrossFit for Hope at 9:30 & 10:00am

CrossFit Willmington DQ’d from CrossFit Games for Positive Drug Test.  Their response is refreshing and noble.
