Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

NEWS: The Gym is moving directly accross the street.  Saturday’s WOD will be a gym moving WOD.  How fast can we move all this weight?  WOD starts at 8:30am Saturday.  BBQ to follow at the new location.
