Shoulder Press 1-1-1 reps

Push-Press 3-3-3 reps

Push-Jerk 5-5-5 reps

Then: In teams of three

Relay style, complete 2X10m (10m down, 10m back) prowler push 90/50 + 5 Burpees.  Once the person in front completes the 5th Burpee, the next athlete may start the prowler run.  Each athlete must complete 5 rds.
