Skill Practice Warm Up:  Spend 6min working up to a Higher and Higher Box Jump


Strength and Skill:

9×1 Deadlift

6×6 Weigthed Strict Pullups (use bands and no weight if necessary)

 


Workout: “Qubert”

7 min AMRAP

10R/10: American KB Wings (A:53, I*:35, N: 26)

15 Up and Over Box Jumps (A:24″, I*20″, N:12″)

(no hip extension is required)
