Mobility: Ankle Mobility
Skill Practice Warm Up:
30s of Double Unders (if you can’t get the rhythm after 3 rounds, just do singles for the last two)
Workout: “The living Daylights” – 5 rounds for time.
Muscle ups (A*: 5 reps, I*: 2 reps, N: 2 band assisted muscle ups)
5 push jerks (A: 135lbs, I*: 85lbs, N: 65lbs)
10 chest touch shuttle runs 15′ (must be facing the line, with whole body behind the line, including head. 5 round trips)
1 minute rest
Scaling Guide: 18 – 25 minutes.
