Workout:  Power or Full Snatch

1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 (7 sets of 1 rep “Strong Effort,” adjusting load each set)

Metabolic Conditioning Workout:  “Isabel” – For time.

30 Snatches (A: 135lbs,  I*: 95lbs, N: 55lbs)

or try and EMOM

6/6/5/5/4/4 Snatches on the minute for 6 minutes. (this will give you a 5:30 ish minute Isabel time)

*Women’s “As Prescribed” weights and reps (Rx)

Coaching Tips: Don’t go to failure on snatches. Even if you do singles from the beginning you can still get a great time.
