Strength Workout: Bench Press 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 (5 sets of 3 reps, “strong effort” – increasing load each round)


Metabolic Conditioning Workout:  “Dauntless” In 8 Minutes

400m Sandbag Run (A: 80lbs, I*: 60lbs, N: 45lbs)

Strict Chin Up (A: 14, I*: 7, N: 7 with a band)

Hands Off Deck Push Ups (A: 14, I*: 7, N: 7)

Then max reps with the remaining time: Sled Push  20′ (20’low, then 20′ high) a round trip equals 2 reps (Performance: +90lbs, Athletic*: +50lbs, Health:+0)
