We are only running 2 classes 9:00am and 12:00pm

Metcon:  “Murph” For Time

1 Mile Run

100 pull-ups

200 Push-ups

300 Air Squats

1 mile Run

Coaches Tip: Break it up in any way you see fit.  We suggest 20 sets of 5 pull-ups, 10 Push ups, 15 Air squats.

Scale up: and use the 20lbs vest that is recommended for this work out.
