KV & TS go head to head on Murph. KV is a body transformation Phenom. Several months ago KV could not do a pull-up. Today he did 100. He has dropped 6% body fat in that time and put on some serious muscle mass. He is our resident Neanderthal. TS is the hardest working MOFO I’ve met.
