Teams of 4 get 300 pounds of weight including a Prowler and a sled.  The teams must move the weight a 1/4 mile as quickly as possible.  Any weight not pushed or dragged on the Prowler or Sled must be carried overhead.  20 Burpees must be competed at the 200 meter mark and at the end of the 1/4 mile.

Groups of 4 race against each other while moving 300 pounds of weight. 20 Burpees at the 200 meters, 20 Burpees at the 1/4 mile.
