Monday, January 25th, 2010Our brethren CrossFit OneWorld box will be hosting a Robb Wolf nutrition seminar on March 6th. Robb is a super brainiac resource for all of you knuckle dragging Paleo Diet fans. Robb’s web site is a great resource and he has been a big contributor to the CrossFit community.
I met Robb at my Level 1 certification in North Santa Cruz. He was quick to offer help and guidance and an all around swell dude.
The Paleo way of eating is summed up by Gregg Glassman’s excerpt World-Class Fitness in 100 Words:
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds,
some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep
intake to levels that will support exercise but
not body fat.
