I feel like a new person and I am happy in my skin again, Thanks to Paul Southern and Re-Active Gym. I lost 12.5% of my body fat in 6 months. That equates to losing 22lbs of fat, gaining 2 lbs of muscle and dropping 20 total pounds of weight! I went from a size 10 jeans to a size 4.

I really want to thank you and Dan (I don’t have his email address). I feel like I stumbled onto the world’s (or Pleasanton’s) best kept fitness secret. And I’ve worked so hard in the past to be fit…bummer tho, it turns out that I was doing all the wrong things. Just one thing, I would like to say to all how grateful I am for having the sense to follow up on a referral to go over to Re-Active. I went to see you because I “heard’ you could help me make my back a little stronger. I joined reactive Pleasanton cross fit in March after I came to the realization how out of shape I was. My job which can be strenuous on a good day and had become difficult to do and far more strenuous than it had to be. I needed something different. I have tried all of the “normal” gyms and sooner or later, sometimes sooner, they become either boring or I just do not get the results. Although you keep paying . That’s when I realized I needed a trainer to push me as well as instruct me on proper form to prevent injuries. I found this at Pleasanton Cross Fit.
I started with 3 days a week with Paul. I had to get in shape to get in shape. After 2 months of this and a weight loss of over 10 pounds I was fortunate enough to get into Harry’s Monsters morning group. Now after enduring 2 + months with Harry, you have to be there, I have lost over 18 pounds total and gained over 3 pounds in muscle. Doesn’t sound like much but I have been told to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time is next to impossible. This was my results after the hydrostatic dunk tank weight in, available every 4 months.
Yes, I put in the effort and some of you probably do just fine where you are at. For those of you that need a jump start, kick in the ass, Cross Fit Pleasanton can provide it. All of the trainers are well trained and experienced. They all have too many letters after their name’s indicating the level of training they possess. From professional athlete to couch potato, you can find the right work out plan for yourself. If and when you decide to join, Saturday morning is free, I hope you have as much success and satisfaction as I get. All you have to do is show up (and want to be there).
