60-65-70-75-80-85-90-95% of 1RM
Then: AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
9 Thrusters 95/65
*At the beginning of the wod and at the beginning of each successive minute, stop where you are and perform 3 Burpees. Once the Burpees are complete pick up in the wod where you left off.
