Our community at Crossfit Pleasanton is diverse. Presently we range in age from 10 to 71 years old. We include kids, military personnel, full-time moms, doctors, lawyers, police officers, fire fighters, students, business executives, elite athletes, and retired grandparents. Our Facility

CrossFit Pleasanton is a 5,000 sq/ft. fitness coaching facility with several shower rooms.  We are located right off the 580/680 exchange in Pleasanton, California.  We offer group CrossFit classes, buddy training, group training, personal training, sport team training, power lifting coaching, & corporate fitness.

Getting Started

You can sign up here.  You can also come in and watch any WOD (workout of the day): Our current schedule.

For the beginning CrossFitter, we require On-Ramp classes. These are generally smaller classes that allow for more personal attention. On Ramp is an introductory class in which we cover all of the basic lifts and techniques used in our WOD classes. This is a great way to become acclimated and familiar with the Crossfit classes and culture. We require all new members (who have never done Crossfit) to start with the On-Ramp. Once they complete 4 On-Ramp sessions, they may choose to move on to our WOD classes or continue with On-Ramp. 

We allow you to drop into one On-Ramp class Free.  These are Monday-Thursday at 6:30pm.

We also offer 4 personal training On Ramp sessions for those who prefer one on one versus a class setting.
