1 Pause Front Squats (2 sec down, 3 sec hold at bottom) + 1 Front Squat @ 75%

Coaches Notes: On the Front Squats. Make sure to take 2 full sec to get in the hole. Then hold for a full 3 sec in the hole and explode out of it.
