17.1 is here. The Open has begun. Make sure to sign up and get your scores in. We will be running the Open workout for the next 4 weeks on Friday’s. 17.5 will be on the 25th of March.  This will be an all morning event.  Where your brightest 80’s workout great and come do the last workout of the Open with the whole gym. We will be running 5 athlete heats starting at 8:30 until around 12. See you all there.
