10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

With one of our main CrossFit coaches out with a case of newbornis babyosis, it was time to pull from the talent within our ranks. Three extraordinary athletes stepped up to run the Crossfit classes and everyone loved it. Kyle, the chiseled Roman gladiator, ran the morning classes through the “Three Bars of Death”. Yes, it is as bad as it sounds. One and half times body weight Deadlifts then body weight bench press then 3/4 body weight cleans. Do 10 each, then 9 each, and continue this sequence down to one as quick as you can. Kyle did this with his body weight in 17:30. Damn. Then John, the law enforcement warrior, stepped up and knocked out the evening classes. His form demonstrations were awesome. Carolyn, aka Wonderwoman, is going to run the 8:30 class tomorrow morning. This is so freak’n cool. Our best athletes stepping up to share their passion and strength. It doesn’t get better than that.
