So the first 10 weeks of Spring Training at Re-Active Gym is ending for the Pleasanton AAU Basketball team. On average, the kids:

Increased vertical by 2.84”
Increased Lean Muscle Mass by 4.62#’s
Decreased Body fat by .55#’s

Biggest gain in lean mass was a 15pound gain by a 15 year old with no change in body fat percentage.
Biggest increase in vertical was 5 inches.
