Re-Active is a place and a frame of mind. It is doing what it takes right now to achieve your goals.
Re-Active takes clients in any condition and moves them towards optimal health and fitness. We do this with progressive training. We do this Precision Nutrition. We do this by measuring backwards.
Every Re-Active client gets a full assessment, body fat testing , and a biomechanical screening. A baseline is established and progress is measured back to this initial point. Re-Active is passionate about documenting progress. Dynamic warm-ups and exercises are prescribed to address each client’s biomechanical issues. Progressive workouts take a client from any condition and advance them towards their ideal level of fitness.
