In our classes coach Leesa enjoy combining creative, playful sequencing mixed with a healthy dose of challenge while gently urging students to expand their comfort zone. I strive to offer students alignment based instructions and tutorials, with hands on adjustments. Lots of prop use and modifications offered. Our mission is to create a welcoming environment where students can practice being authentic, non- judgmental and have the ability to develop compassion towards themselves and others, both on and off the mat. Leesa is deeply grateful for all the wisdom that has been passed on to me from both students and teachers alike and look forward to sharing my gift with you.

Simply stated, yoga is a cohesive relationship between mind, body and breath. Practicing yoga provides daily opportunities to create space in the mind so we may free ourselves from obstacles and limiting beliefs. When practiced regularly, yoga has the ability to build strength and stamina as well as it’s many transformative qualities, allowing us to not only reap the physical benefits but the mental ones as well.
