Getting Started

Welcome to Crossfit Pleasanton. Here we develop all facets of fitness.

The best way to start is to come in a watch a coached workout. Our current schedule is on the the right side of the Crossfit Pleasanton blog.

Next, either come in for the free Saturday morning session (every Saturday morning at 8:00 am), or schedule an evaluation. No CrossFit experience necessary.

For the beginning CrossFitter, we have a CrossFit Conditioning class. The Workout of the Day will still be taught but special attention is given to scaling and progression. These are generally smaller classes that allow for more personal attention.  If you are unsure of how to do the different lifts, unready for a bigger class, or just feel you need to start slow, our CrossFit Conditioning class is a great place to start.

If you are completely new to lifting or feel like you need to some one on one attention, we also offer a Foundations class. By appointment only, we will spend three sessions coaching you through the nine basic lifts and other movements integral to the CrossFit experience.
