Getting Started

Welcome to Crossfit Pleasanton. Here we develop all facets of fitness.

The best way to start is to come in a watch a coached workout. Our current schedule is on the the right side of the Crossfit Pleasanton blog.

Next, either come in for the free Saturday morning session (every Saturday morning at 8:00 am), or schedule an evaluation. No CrossFit experience necessary. If you would like to join CrossFit Pleasanton, you will need to sign up for our OnRamp Class or schedule a one-on-one Foundations class.

During these 12 sessions with a CrossFit Coach, you will be introduced to the nine foundational movements of CrossFit and also to some of the equipment that we use on a daily basis. You’ll learn about proper warm-up, recovery, and nutrition. These classes are free as a part of your regular paid CrossFit membership. If time is an issue for you, we also have the option of three one-on-one foundations sessions at $150

Call the gym at 925.353.4894 Monday through Friday, or email re-active@comcast.net to set up your membership. Once you complete all 12 sessions you are free to come to any CrossFit session you like as either a member or via drop-in fee. If you still feel unsure about the transition to the regular CrossFit classes you are free to cycle through the OnRamp as many times as you feel necessary.
