If your goals are more about metabolic conditioning, burning fat, and increasing muscle tone without a lot of heavy lifting, then we have classes for you. “CFP Ground Works” classes will have no barbell work in them. We will focus on cardiovascular endurance training. Classes will consist of Warm-up, Mobility light strength work, and the work out of the day. The workouts will also follow High-Intensity Interval Training or (HIIT) periodization. Research has shown that HIIT training is more effective than most other workout programs. There are many benefits of HIIT workouts the CFP way.
