CrossFit Kids

CrossFit’s broad and inclusive definition of fitness makes our CFP Kid’s programs appropriate for everyone

From the less active to the competitive athlete, our constant variety, hands-on coaching and focus on technique ensure that participants increase their all-around athleticism, improving fitness for all sports and for life in general. At the same time, kids and teens will gain confidence by mastering complex movements that may have once seemed unattainable.

WHO IS IT FOR?

In keeping with the spirit of CrossFit, CrossFit Kids is for kids of all abilities. We offer two different age grounds; Our kids program is 8 to 12 years old, and our teen class is 13 to 18 years old. Both groups are from serious competitors, to those who have yet to hit their athletic stride. CrossFit Kids will improve your child’s athletic conditioning, while boosting self-confidence, focus, strength, and coordination. CrossFit conditioning will help your child excel in a given sport.

WHAT WILL THEY LEARN?

CFP Kids develops the full-body strength, mobility, lateral stabilization muscles and explosive power to give teens the edge! Teens will gain confidence and reduce injury risk while learning the link between nutrition and performance. Classes are suitable for everyone from serious competitors to those just seeking to get a great workout.

CFP Kids are also taught about nutrition. It’s nice for kids and teens to hear about the importance of eating vegetables and protein from someone other than their parents. We teach the basics: sugar is bad; protein, vegetables, fruits and nuts are good.

WHEN IS IT?

Our kids program (8 to 12 years old) runs Tuesday 4:00 to 5:00 pm and Thursday 4:30 to 5:30 pm. The Teen program (13 to 18 years old) runs Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 4:00 to 5:00 pm.

HOW MUCH?

We have three membership options for the teen program. 8 Sessions, 6 Sessions, 4 Sessions. All Sessions are with in one calendar month.

  1. You can start any day. We will prorate your first month when needed.
  2. All membership will be auto-billed on the 1st of each month.
  3. You can change your plan from month to month just give us 15 days’ notice before your bill date.
  4. The sessions can be spread out in the month as you need. example: 1 class one week 3 class the next week.
  5. This will give you the flexibility month to month that most kids need.
  • 8 Sessions $140
  • 6 Sessions $105
  • 4 Sessions $70
