1 - Introduction to CrossFit Pleasanton
Once you’ve decided you want to get into the best shape of your life and be a part of a community of like-minded people, it’s time to book a 1 on 1 trail session or a free class trial.
1 ON 1 TRAIL SESSION
Do it alone or bring a friend along to your 60-minute 1 on 1 intro session that explains the CrossFit methodology and how our Box implements it. Most importantly we will want to get to know you. Your goals, fitness history, what you will be looking for from our coaching staff and our facility.
We are not just about signing people up and getting them into the gym. We care about you, your longevity and what will work best for each and every member here. After this 1 on 1, you are ready to move on to your Rolling Start sessions.
FREE CLASS TRAIL
If you have done CrossFit before then you can schedule a Free class trail session. You will get to meet the coach and some of the other members at the gym. See our amazing 8,000 sq’ facility. Also experience how we implement the CrossFit methodology. Fill out a form and we will get you signed into a class.
2 - Choose Your Path
CrossFit:
CrossFit is the Holy Grail of fitness. Nothing will push you more and be more effective at achieving your overall fitness goals than our CrossFit program. You will get stronger, improve your mobility, increase cardiovascular endurance, and learn physical skills that will translate to the real world. With CrossFit, you will be required to do the Rolling Start sessions if you have no prior CrossFit experience. These are four one-on-one sessions with a coach at our facility that will help teach our members the fundamental movements of CrossFit. For more information, see the CrossFit page.
BootCamp:
If your goals are more about metabolic conditioning, burning fat, and increasing muscle tone with less focus on strength, then the Boot Camp option is for you. “CFP Bootcamp with the Rek Lite programming” are workouts in which there is no barbell work involved.
3 - Group Classes
This is where all the fun is! During group classes, you’ll push yourself and sweat it out with like-minded individuals, as you compete with yourself (and others, if you choose) for rounds, time, points, emotional gratification, and spiritual growth.
4 Step Process to Get Started
Improving your fitness is a slow process. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses when they show up at our doors. So, the needs are different for each one when we start a new strength and conditioning program. We are here to accommodate them all. Whichever path you choose, we will help you “achieve your Impossible.”
