What People Are Saying
I had a great experience visiting this box! Solomon is an excellent coach and so welcoming. I've been doing CrossFit for almost 4 years and learned new techniques in just one visit.
Absolutely love this gym and the culture it represents. Can’t recommend them enough!
My decision to join West Metro CrossFit is the best decision I have made in a long time, this is my 12th week as a member, and am now down 2 sizes and feel amazing! The owners and coaches are so dedicated to help you achieve your fitness goals, the classes are small and include all fitness levels, from the young athlete to the older adult! The coaches are so knowledgeable and will always modify exercises for you so you don’t get hurt! They offer so many classes that the excuse “there is no time” is not applicable! And they now have 24/7 access to members as well. Throughout my short time as a member, they have offered nutritional and weight loss challenges , as well as free apps to help you stay on track! I can’t say enough good things about my experience and would highly recommend West Metro CrossFit!
Very well run. Super friendly. Clean. Good people. Check them out. Thanks guys for offering a great experience.
My home away from home! WMCF makes me a better person - inside and out!!
I've been coming to this place since late last year and absolutly love the culture here. I also feel that the scheduled variable workouts push me to better reach my personal goals.
Coaches are the best you will ever find. The atmosphere is contagious and the challenges are never ending. You'll never find a gym like this!
Love the atmosphere, the inclusiveness, and the coaches
I have really enjoyed the gym. Everyone is friendly and inviting, coaches are helpful and doesn't allow anyone to push too hard and go past to what they are ready for. No pressure environment where I can learn and not be judged or forced to put up weights I shouldn't. Thanks Sol and the team
Great atmosphere and great coaches.
Such a great gym! Everyone is there to help you! You have a constant support system to help you reach your goals!
So glad I joined this gym! Been having a blast!!!
This gym has been a great introduction to crossfit for me. Each of the coaches has something different to help me with, and the community is supportive. With Sol's (the owner) help I was able to beat a weight gain goal faster than I thought possible.
Crossfit has a bad reputation for injury, but WMCF made it so I never worried and was always in control. This is a great gym for all levels of workout.

Absolutely a great spot to train. I am a life long athlete and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at West Metro Crossfit. The owner is really helpful with getting one started. This was my first time with Crossfit, and they offer a great Foundations series or classes. The coaches are all enthusiastic and knowledgeable about fitness. They show you proper technique and push you to do your best with the right form. I did not feel like it was an overly competitive scene, everyone was a team and pushed each other. I have recommended this to friends coming in from out of town to try out, locals and would recommend it to anyone that was looking for a great spot to work out!
Amazing place. Other places I have been made me feel like I had to buy certain things to reach my fitness goals. This place does no such thing. They also teach you how to do everything properly. Your not just thrown in class. They make it fun and give you skills to keep going.
This place is amazing. I don't normally review places, but I feel this place has become family. Solomon and his wife amy make this place amazing and yea, I still feel soar from coming here, but there isn't a moment I couldn't feel happier about that fact. It's a great gym to go to and I couldn't be happier about all I have gained from them. I'm not big guy and for me to loose 25lbs I couldn't be happier. I still come here 3 to 4 days a week and I love the atmosphere that comes with that.
If you're looking for great coaches and a serious place that will get you stronger and feeling great, this is a good place for you. I've been several places and I'm very happy here. Coaches meet the expectations of both the basic and elite athletes.

Do I have to be fit to join?
No. Our fitness program is what will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the program that is right for you. As you become more fit, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our workouts are designed for universal scalability, making them the perfect fit for any committed individual regardless of experience.
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
Yes! One or our biggest goals is to build community and lasting relationships. Our classes are small (limited to 10), social, and fun so you can get to know your fellow athletes while you workout!
What sets you apart from other gyms in the area?
Our community is welcoming and inclusive. People in our community talk to each other and engage new people.
What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
Our class programming will include a strength portion in which you’ll work on something like Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength or you may work on a skill like handstand push-ups. After the strength or skill portion of the class is complete, most days will involve a workout that was programmed for that specific day. Workouts can be anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes or more.
How often should I come?
2-4 classes a week is realistic for beginners, depending on your level of fitness when you start. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so at the beginning, you might need more recovery time between training days. Over the first few months, start working your way up to training 5 days a week.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods?
Do enjoy special indulgences and meals. It’s a lifestyle, but it has to be manageable and realistic for the long-term. Luckily, the healthier you eat, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
